Eduroam is TRU’s recommended, secure wireless network. Login with your TRU or MYTRU credentials. Learn more at tru.ca/wifi. Please note: TRU students and staff are no longer able to access the TRU wireless network. This network was deactivated for students and staff on August 15, 2023.

IT Services is introducing three new initiatives to improve TRU’s information security this summer!
The “TRU” WiFi Network will be deactivated Tuesday August 15, 2023.
New password strength requirements for all TRU and myTRU accounts Tuesday August 15, 2023.
Anyone using an @mytru.ca email must enable Multi-Factor Authentication Monday September 25, 2023.

Banner and related systems will be offline from 12 a.m. to 9 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 5 for upgrades, and 10 p.m. Saturday to 3 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 6 while Ellucian performs necessary maintenance.
The main TRU website and Moodle will not be impacted by this outage.
