Banner and related systems will be offline from 12 a.m. to 9 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 5 for upgrades, and 10 p.m. Saturday to 3 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 6 while Ellucian performs necessary maintenance.
The main TRU website and Moodle will not be impacted by this outage.
During this outage there will be no access to the following:
- Banner Admin pages
- Self-service functions in myTRU and TRUemployee, including online registration, payments, timesheets, transcripts and other academic record details, tax forms and faculty grade entry
- Any TRU online forms requiring payment
- Argos reports
- Other core applications related to Banner
