Thompson Rivers University will be closed on Monday (Aug. 3) for B.C. Day, and will re-open at 8 a.m. on Tuesday (Aug. 4). While the university is closed, the ITS Portal will still be on duty 24/7 with self-help resources and support information.

Banner and related systems will be offline from 10 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 3 to 8 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 4, 2026while Ellucian performs necessary maintenance. During this outage there will be no access to the following: The main TRU website and Moodle will not be impacted by this outage.
