To have your photo included in Outlook and/or Lync, please send an email to wblake@tru.ca and wpenner@tru.ca with a .jpg format file attached (size should be approximately 100 KB’s) Please be sure to include your computer login name in your email. You can expect to see your photo in Outlook/Lync within a week.
