Banner and related systems will be offline from 10 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1 until approximately 3 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 2 while Ellucian performs necessary updates.
During this outage there will be no access to the following:
- Banner Admin pages
- Self-service functions in myTRU and TRUemployee, including online registration, payments, timesheets, transcripts and other academic record details, tax forms, and faculty grade entry
- Any TRU online forms requiring payment
- TRU Go mobile app
- Argos reports
- Other core applications related to Banner
The main TRU website and Moodle will not be impacted by this outage.
