On Saturday, April 27 from 5:30 to 8 a.m., and Sunday, April 28 from 6 to 8 a.m., IT Services will be performing critical network updates.
During the outages, there will be no access on Saturday and intermittent access on Sunday to the following:
- Banner Admin pages
- Self-service functions in myTRU and TRUemployee, including online registration, payments, timesheets, transcripts and other academic record details, tax forms and faculty grade entry
- Any TRU online forms requiring payment
- DegreeWorks
- Argos reports
- FWPT
- FAST
- Infosilem
- Other core applications related to Banner
In addition to the above, the following will be impacted during the Sunday outage period:
- Moodle (unless connecting off campus, or using cellular service on campus)
- Wi-fi and access to internet from campus
- Access to www.tru.ca
You may find if you try that some services will work during these windows; however, please expect disruption during the noted time frame. The first priority during this maintenance is to minimize disruption to students and bring everything else online as soon as possible.
