On Thursday, July 28 from 6 -8 a.m., BCNET will conduct an upgrade which will result in loss of internet service at all TRU locations (Kamloops, Williams Lake and regional centers) for up to 30 min.
This upgrade is a second attempt following the first one on Thursday, July 21, which resulted in an unexpected internet outage in the morning.
IT Services will monitor our internet service during this time and will connect with BCNET if there are problems outside of this maintenance window.
BCNET provides shared services, including network services, for higher education and research.
