Yesterday from approximately 4:15-5:30 p.m., TRU experienced unexpected network issues. IT Service was able to restore service, but additional planned downtime is needed to further investigate and resolve the issue.
The network will be down this evening, May 6th, between 6 – 9 p.m., affecting on-campus internet, anything online at TRU that requires you to login and essentially all online services. While there may be intermittent access, please expect that these will be unavailable during this time. It is possible that further downtime will be required during the weekend. We will update this post with further details if required.
Please note the Banner outage planned starting Saturday evening will continue as it involves an important security patch.
