Dear TRU Community,
Banner and related systems will be offline from 11 p.m. Saturday, May 7 until approximately 6 a.m. on Sunday, May 8 while IT Services performs necessary maintenance.
During this outage there will be no access to the following:
- Banner Admin pages
- Self-service functions in myTRU and TRUemployee, including online registration, payments, timesheets, transcripts and other academic record details, tax forms, and faculty grade entry
- Any TRU online forms requiring payment
- TRU Go mobile app
- Other core applications related to Banner
The main TRU website and Moodle will not be impacted by this outage. Thank you for your patience.
