Banner and related systems will be offline from 10 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 3 to 8 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 4, 2026while Ellucian performs necessary maintenance.
During this outage there will be no access to the following:
- Banner Admin pages
- Self-service functions in myTRU and TRUemployee, including online registration, payments, timesheets, transcripts and other academic record details, tax forms and faculty grade entry
- Any TRU online forms requiring payment
- DegreeWorks
- Argos reports
- FAST
- Other core applications related to Banner
The main TRU website and Moodle will not be impacted by this outage.
