Banner and related systems will be offline from 2 to 5:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 5 while IT Services performs necessary maintenance.
During this outage there will be intermittent interruption of access to the following:
- Banner Admin pages
- Self-service functions in myTRU and TRUemployee, including online registration, payments, timesheets, transcripts and other academic record details, tax forms and faculty grade entry
- Any TRU online forms requiring payment
- DegreeWorks
- Argos reports
- FWPT
- FAST
- Other core applications related to Banner
The main TRU website and Moodle will not be impacted by this outage.
