We are currently experiencing an outage affecting outbound internet connectivity at several regional locations, including:
- Williams Lake
- Clearwater
- Lillooet
- 100 Mile House
- Other affiliated regional centres
IT Services is actively investigating the issue. At this time, there is no estimated time of resolution.

Williams Lake campus and regional centres in 100 Mile House, Clearwater and Lillooet are experiencing a full internet outage due to a fibre line cut.
This affects all network-dependent services, including:
- computers (no network or Wi-Fi)
- local phone extensions, which are currently not working

This is an unplanned outage. Telus is investigating the exact location of the fibre cut. We will share more information and an estimated repair time as it becomes available.
