On Saturday, Aug. 17 from 6 to 8 a.m. and Saturday, Aug. 24 from 6 to 8 a.m., IT Services will be performing critical network updates.
During these outages, there will be no access to the following:
- Banner Admin pages
- Self-service functions in myTRU and TRUemployee, including online registration, payments, timesheets, transcripts and other academic record details, tax forms and faculty grade entry
- Any TRU online forms requiring payment
- DegreeWorks
- Argos reports
- FWPT
- FAST
- Other core applications related to Banner
In addition to the above, the following will be impacted during the outage period:
- Moodle (unless connecting off campus, or using cellular service on campus)
- Wi-fi and access to internet from campus
- Access to www.tru.ca
