As of November 20, 2025 (5:00 a.m.), there is an ongoing issue affecting access to TRU Moodle (https://moodle.tru.ca)
You may see errors such as:
- 502 Bad Gateway
- Server Timeout errors
TRU IT Services is aware of the issue and is actively working to resolve it. There is no estimated time for resolution.
If you are affected and would like a notification when the service has been restored., please email itservicedesk@tru.ca from a personal email address with the subject line: Moodle Outage: [Your TRU ID Number]

Create a ticket through the IT Services Portal at https://tru.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/84/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=932
This helps our team track affected accounts and provide updates once access is restored.
Students
For those that have an Exam scheduled through Moodle today, please reach out to Exams@tru.ca to have this rescheduled to a late date or time.
