IT Services and Ellucian are performing Banner maintenance from Friday, Nov. 28, at 6 p.m. to Saturday, Nov. 29, at 9 a.m.
During this time, Banner and several connected services will be unavailable:
- Banner Admin pages
- Self-service functions in myTRU and TRUemployee, including online registration, payments, timesheets, transcripts and other academic record details, tax forms and faculty grade entry
- Any TRU online forms requiring payment
- DegreeWorks
- Argos reports
- FWPT
- FAST
- Other core applications related to Banner
The main TRU website and Moodle will not be impacted by this outage.
