Please be advised that IT Services will be performing necessary system maintenance to Banner on Saturday, February 3rd, 2018 between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
This will affect students (Campus and OL), faculty, Open Learning faculty, and staff.
During this period there will be NO ACCESS to the following services:
- FlexReg (online registrations)
- Banner self-service in TRUemployee and myTRU :
- Academic record details
- Tax forms
- Faculty Grade Entry
- TRU GO mobile app
- Banner INB
- Banner 9 services
- Other core applications related to Banner
- TRU online forms requiring payment
- Application processing
This system maintenance is required for Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) compliance with both T2202a and T4.
