Please be advised that IT Services will be performing necessary maintenance to Banner as below which will affect students (Campus and OL), faculty, Open Learning faculty, and staff.
Stage 1: between Friday, 2017-11-24 4:30PM and Saturday, 2017-11-25 9:00AM
During this period MyTRU portal will experience intermittent disruptions and there will be NO ACCESS to the following services:
- FlexReg (online registrations)
- Banner self-service channels within myTRU:
- Academic record details
- Tax forms
- Faculty Grade Entry
- TRU GO mobile app
- Banner INB
- Banner 9 services
- TRU online forms requiring payment
- Application processing
- Other core applications related to Banner
Stage 2: between Saturday, 2017-11-25 9:00AM and Sunday, 2017-11-26 13:00PM
- Banner and related services will be available except Banner JOBSUB related functions.
This system maintenance is required for Banner Year-End maintenance.
